Being a customer of the Tangerine Bay Website
Ordering: Ordering with Tangerine Bay is easy. The online store enables you to browse on your desktop, mobile or tablet with ease. Click the add to cart button to add items to your shopping cart and once you have completed your order, click on the shopping trolley icon in the top right hand corner to view your cart or checkout. Our checkout facility enables you to view all items you have ordered and delete and update from there and confirm your shipping details.
Payment: All payments are processed through PayPal and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to either login to your PayPal account or enter your credit card details. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
Accounts: To order products through the Tangerine Bay website we recommend creating a user account. This account will make it easier for you to keep track of your orders, view your orders and view your order history. In creating an account we will require you to provide us with your personal information such as your name, phone number, email address and physical or postal address. If you choose not to create an account with us we will still require you to provide us with your information to process and send your order. Customers whether they are a guest or a member, by ordering, then agree to be on our newsletter distribution list. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter we provide an unsubscribe option on the footer and your email address will be removed and you will no longer receive correspondence from us.
Privacy: We do not use your personal information for any other purposes other than to provide you with a better shopping experience - this may include passing your information onto third party companies who process our payments for us and distribute our direct marketing emails. Our Products: An important thing to note with handcrafted soap and candle products is that no two batches are the same. All products are hand made in small batches, cut trimmed so slight variations in size, shape and colour may occur. Soaps weight approximately 115g.

Users may not copy the website content, images or code for any purpose. The website content is protected by copyright and any breach will result in legal action.
Termination
Tangerine Bay can terminate your account for any reason after sending you a written notice as proof of identity. Upon termination Tangerine Bay will remove all your information from the website.

Tangerine Bay will do everything we can in order to protect your privacy. We have a strict no-spam policy. We do not rent, sell or share your personal details with third parties without your consent unless we are required to do so by the law.
